Welcome Community Association Board Members!

In 2010, at the urging of the Florida Department of Condominiums, Mobile Homes and Time Shares, the Florida legislature changed the rule to require that a board member be certified to serve on the board.There is now an option for board members to become certified to serve by attending an approved educational program within 90 days of their election to the board or within one year before the election.

This complimentary program will have two parts, the certification workshop and Rotating Round Tables addressing “What the Exceptional Board Member Needs to Know.”The required certificate of completion will be provided for each board member at the end of the session.
